When you are dealing with the aftermath of a serious accident, choosing an attorney can be a daunting task. At Airola Law Offices, we understand what you are going through. We invite you to find out what sets us apart from other law offices and how we can help you.
Why Hire Airola Law Offices? Here are the Top 10 Reasons:
Before working on behalf of injured persons, John Airola was hired by insurance companies, to work on their behalf, against injured persons. Consequently, Mr. Airola has an in-depth, working knowledge concerning how insurance companies handle claims. He uses this experience against insurance companies to successfully represent personal injury clients.
When you call our office you will talk to or be called back by an actual attorney about your case
When you call Airola Law Offices you will be able to speak personally with John or Tuesday Airola. We do not use call screeners or others to “weed out” potential cases or clients. If John or Tuesday are in the office, and available, they will take your call. If they are not available, they will call you right back.
At Airola Law Offices there is always a free consultation. In addition, there is no fee unless we settle/win your case.
John Airola was sworn into the California State Bar in 1991. Since that time he has been handling personal injury cases. He spent six years representing insurance companies, against injured people. He has now spent thirteen years representing injured people against insurance companies. Tuesday Airola has been practicing personal injury law since 2007.
Have you opened a new location, redesigned your shop, or added a new product or service? Don't keep it to yourself, let folks know.
Some law offices use “case managers”, “paralegals” and “investigators” to perform critical functions on personal injury cases like the initial intake, reviewing medical records, talking with doctors, preparing the settlement demand and negotiating with the insurance company. At Airola Law Offices either attorney John Airola or attorney Tuesday Airola personally perform all of these important parts of your case.
John and Tuesday Airola have a passion for law office technology and organization. Every piece of paper in our office is scanned and is kept digitally, in addition to being highly organized in a digital and binder filing system. This allows Airola Law Offices to operate with a great deal of efficiency and effectiveness in handling your case.
John and Tuesday Airola are a husband and wife team. As such, they can very effectively analyze your case not only from a male and a female perspective, but also from a family perspective. They have four children and understand how the injuries from an accident can affect the entire family.
There are times when people suffer severe and devastating injuries that render them unable to travel to a law office for the initial consultation. In those cases of serious injury, John Airola will come to your home, or to the hospital, to meet with you and consult about your case. He can answer many of the troubling questions which quickly arise during these times of need.
John and Tuesday Airola pride themselves on being easy to talk with, down to earth and very respectful to all clients and potential clients. They will never “talk down to you” or “be condescending.” Also, they will never try to “put the hard sell” on you to rush and sign the fee agreement. They understand that it is a big decision to hire a lawyer and will try to make the process as painless and stress free as possible.
